Debt - scared

I’m researching schools and looking at PCOM’s whopping 414k projected debt. I’m honestly highly interested in pediatrics and I’m just starting to question if this is a dumb move and if PA school is the smarter option financially. Anyone in a similar situation who can advise? I really want to be a doctor, I just don’t want to wreck my life doing something financially unwise
