Recommendations for headphones or monitors

I've recently wet my feet in the world of software plugins, and love it far more than the Fender Frontman 10G amp that I have (I know, I know🥲).

I currently use a pair of IEMs for the output. i can't stand and stuff since the IEM cable is too short, plus I want a more full sound than IEMs can provide.

Recommendations for a decent pair of studio headphones or monitors. My budget for headphones would be around 5k and monitors around 10k.
