USB-C D+ voltage inestability

Hi I've a PCB designed with a USB-C. When I connect it to my laptop, it recognises the device for like 3 seconds and after that it doesnt recognise it and after a second or less it recognises it again for 3 seconds. This keeps on and on. I've checked voltage and apparently the D+ pin stays for these 3 seconds at around 3,08 V and after that it falls until 2,3V more or less and goes up to 3,08 V again, which explains this weird recognision my laptop does. Something similar happens with the D- pin, but since it's just a few mV there's no such a difference.

I've tried to look for inestability in other places of the PCB and couldnt find it. Then I thought maybe the USB-C was malfunctioning, so I bought a new one and I changed it. Nothing has changed except for the fact that some minutes ago the laptop was recognising it for a minute or 2, until I moved the cable a bit and the USB-C dessolded. I've now ressolded thinking that something was not doing enough contact, but I've comee back to the starting point.

Anyone has gone through that or has any clue on what could be going on?

The microcontroller is a ESP32-S3 and the PCB has connectors to connect EMG sensors, an Antenna, an Isolation barrier and not much more apart from the basic stuff required by the ESP32.

I have another module with the same microcontroller and the same USB-C and it is working correctly.
