Newbie : please explain why i'm loosing
R5: hello! New to this game from Vic3. Struggling here with Peru-Bolivia against Paraguay.
I have 11 divisions against their 3. But as i underdtand it, the width allows only 2 of my divisons to attack. What can i do here ?
