Toshiba Satellite Pro A50 shows only a white screen with no cursor

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Toshiba Satellite Pro A50 (A Series) laptop.

Before I went on vacation, the laptop was working perfectly fine. After coming back and turning it on, it only displays a solid white screen with no cursor and no Toshiba logo.

Here's what I've checked so far:

White screen appears immediately after powering on.

No mouse cursor is visible.

Tried multiple keyboard shortcuts with no success.

Caps Lock and Num Lock keys respond normally.

The cooling fan is running, so the laptop appears to power on.

I can still adjust the brightness using the keyboard, but the screen stays completely white.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could this be a display cable issue, LCD panel failure, RAM problem, or something else? Any troubleshooting steps or advice would be appreciated.
