Help please!

Hi all I initially started my pip claim in February 2024 and it was written on the tribunal decision that it would be until February 2027 and I have just received a pip form to fill out again today 15/06/2026 is this normal?

I’m a bit confused and distressed about it as it took so much out of me to begin with when my first claim went to a tribunal.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this the normal procedure for pip?
