Volante or not

Title says it already. I want to buy a new Vanquish but still unsure about whether I want a Volante or not. I think the lines of the coupe look better but I can imagine those moments with the top down are priceless. On the other hand I'm not sure how often in reality you really ride with the top down. I would ride mainly around the Pyrenees, Costa Brava, Southern France, Italy and ocasionally Ibiza. Very often its too hot to ride with the roof open.

Keen on hearing your experiences or ideas. Why did you go for the coupe and do you miss the soft top? Or why did you go for the volante and would you do it again or not next time? Any input is much appreciated. Thanks!
