How do I see the cinematics and fight against Adam Smasher (wanna beat the shit out of him) in WuWa?

I didn't even download the game yet, I'm not into gacha games, but is there a necessary thing to do? Do I need to pay for Lucy, or how much do I need to play? Long story short, what do I do?
