We need help building

Hello all, i was wondering where I can build a cyber deck. Im not really quite sure where to start building around or how to make the blueprint and what items I need cause. I'm just thinking keyboard, power supply, raspberry pie and screen. I don't have my own 3d printer, is there a particular website that can help me build one or should I find a someone local, who does cad and 3d printing. Thanks for the help hope everyone is well
