1.20.1 - Mod that makes hostile mobs more difficult?

Seems like there are a lot of mods out there that increase difficulty, but I’m not looking for one that adds thirst etc. Also not looking for one that significantly changes game mechanics.

I really just want a mod that makes mobs harder to kill. It’s kinda lame when you kill a boss in like 3 minutes, ya know?
