I’ve recently seen an uptick in people who have no membership and just surf through Open Mats

It seems as if every gym now has Open mat Fridays, open mat Sundays, and everyone is invited which is suuuuper cool. But I also see a ton of people who don’t have a membership anywhere, and just surf through these open mats. It would appear that the people who do pay memberships, pay to keep the lights on for these people who don’t pay a cent. Is this fair? How does this affect the culture? Gym owners, do you not mind? Or do you not think if it yet because it’s not a problem yet?
