Ben Moore Arborcoat water base semi transparent tips

Refinishing a deck today for a friend gonna just be doing touch up on a previously stained deck (same product) last time it was done was 2023. Never used this product any tips or things I should be careful of? I heard it can leave overlap marks. But Would like to hear from someone who has had experience with the product.
