Bracket 2 deck

At my local tcg shop every Tuesday they hold a friendly magic the gathering league, however there is this one guy who every time makes an extremely unfair and overpowered deck in order to win as quick as possible and it ruins it for most of us who are there to have fun. As of recent they implemented rules such as having a cap at bracket 2 decks to try and stop him from doing such but he keeps finding work arounds.

Does anybody know a good overpowered bracket 2 deck I could build in order to combat his reign of terror?
