Finding psychiatric help for OSDD in a third world country

I’m suspecting I have OSDD because i have a lot of amnesia surrounding personal information/traumatic events, and recently had some weird voices who presented themselves to me/worried about things that i was not concerned about. My sense of self has always been a little unstable, and my amnesia still isn’t improving. I’m on antipsychotics so I shouldn’t be hearing voices.

I’ve been trying to get psychiatric help because I really want an answer to whether or not I have OSDD, but it’s really bad here. I have been medically invalidated over 6+ times. They denied the possibility of PTSD because I didn’t seem “traumatised enough”, they said having dissociative amnesia was “normal”, and many of these professionals are not trained to recognise signs of trauma or dissociative disorders. It took Two episodes of medical malpractice (they gave me meds that induced psychosis) for them to even listen to me once.

I’ve posted in mental health subreddits local to me, with no luck. I’ve tried looking on google for trauma specialists and most of them are straight up unaffordable and (also aren’t trained for dissociative disorders). I’ve tried again and again to advocate for myself and i don’t know what to do. I feel like even if I have OSDD, the state of mental healthcare services is so bad that having an OSDD diagnosis wouldn’t be much of help for me. Is there any other way I can get checked or am I just doomed?
