Group B strep & pregnancy

So after a swab for recurrent thrush, it showed thrush but also group B strep (they are unrelated apparently).

Dr said it's nothing to worry about now but if it's still present at end of pregnancy I will need IV antibiotics when I go into labour as it can be dangerous for baby.

I am obviously now panicking and trying not to worry 😭

Does anyone have any advice/experience? I really don't want this to interfere with my birth plan as I'm planning another 0 intervention waterbirth. Obviously will do whatever is best for baby but I am worried my birth plan will go out the window before it's even began 😢
