Advice for Mattress firm purchase...

Can anyone tell me if they have ever used the Mattress Firm Sleep Guarantee and tried to exchange purchased mattress for a different one. The Sterns and Foster I bought 20 days ago is just too firm. Any suggestions or help? thanks
