New tires for 2022 rav4 AWD

I’m between Defender 2’s or the cross climate 2’s from Michelin or Firestone destinations for my wife’s 2022 rav4 AWD. Recommendations between the three tires?

Need something that handles snow/mild ice well as she works at our local hospital and calling out during storms isn’t an option for her which has me leaning towards the cross climate’s. However, they only maintain a 30k mile warranty vs 80k with defenders and 55k with destinations.

I an also willing to go outside of these 3 tires but they’re what I have on other vehicles/have had in the past. Willing to listen, thanks.
