Source Material Creation

Hey folks, sorry if this isn't allowed as I'm fairly new to the sub. I'm looking to make a very short 'sourcebook' for my players to get the lore of my version of Liverpool, which is something I normally do for DnD 5e games using Homebrewery to improve immersion and give it more of an official feel. The core source books for VtM have an awesome design and layout that I'm not sure how to reproduce; is there a similar system to homebrewery that I could use, or does anybody have any tips on how to put something like this together?
