Searching for adult game name

I'm trying to remember the name of a game I played around 2021–2022.

In the game, the protagonist goes to his mother's shop. A group of gangsters arrives and starts harassing his mom. The protagonist steps in to help but gets beaten up.

After that, the player is given two choices:

Lie Down – If you choose this option, the gangsters assault the mother, and her storyline basically ends there. Later in the game, when you try to visit her, it says she needs more time.

Protect Her – If you choose this option, you protect her, and she eventually develops feelings for the protagonist.

The mother character is a curvy, attractive MILF-type character, with a visual style somewhat similar to the mom characters in Milfy City.

Does anyone know what game this is?
