Game Feels Heavy?

Does anyone else feel the game feels heavy and not responsive lately? I watched some of the GOALS cup yesterday and I immediately noticed how responsive their players were, how fast they all are in terms of responsiveness, and my players are all so heavy and the game doesn't feel responsive for me? Anyone else have this?
