The Silent Treatment

When a work colleague goes out of their way to be Mr Charming to everyone else but gives you the silent treatment what would you do? It’s sad man-baby behaviour towards me but no one else sees it. We are a team of mature age workers, not children. Part of me feels sorry for him but it’s also hurtful and unprofessional.
