House cloning script

Could people clone your houses just by staying inside your house? I've had this random stranger that friended me and my friends and this person is known for using script for auto farming pets and sell cloned houses, and recently they would just join me and stay afk inside my house. I'm a very slow builder so every time they join me, they kept asking me why the house hasn't been updated yet and then just stay afk in my house, which makes me feel like they're using script to clone my house, so are these behaviors of running script to clone house?
