Walk me through your outbound stack — I'm genuinely curious what's working right now

i opened 7 tabs yesterday just to pull, verify, enrich and upload one lead list before i could even start a sequence. something is broken in how we do this.

my current ritual looks like this: export a raw list from Apollo, drop it into NeverBounce for verification, then run a quick enrichment pass with a separate API, copy‑paste the cleaned CSV back into Instantly, set up a warm‑up campaign on a separate domain, fire the sequence, and finally juggle replies in Gmail while Zapier tries to move leads between sheets. every step feels like a mini‑project and i end up spending at least a couple of hours just getting the data ready.

the worst part is the admin overhead. credits from the verification tool sit unused because the upload step stalls, domain warm‑up burns through my budget while the sequence sits idle, and the Zapier flows break on a missing column and I spend another 30‑45 minutes fixing it. i’ve even paid an agency to run the whole thing and got mediocre results, plus a stack of expired credits.
