Hey all,

I kept watching jobs in my area go to whichever contractor called the homeowner first. By the time most of us heard about a remodel, the bid was already locked up.

So I built **Eginta** to fix that. **Not live yet launching soon, but you can lock in early access on the waitlist now.**

**What it does**

* Watches building permits 24/7 and surfaces every new approval that matches your trade and your zip codes
* Shows the address, project value, permit type, and contractor or homeowner name on it
* Tags every lead as 🟢 Hot, ⚪ Info, or 🔴 Closed so you instantly know if it's still biddable or already won by a competitor
* Filters by date range and job value ($10k → $500k+)
* Tracks each lead's status (New → Contacted → Bidding → Won / Lost) so it works like a mini CRM
* One-click owner / contractor lookup for finding contact info

**How it helps you**

* You stop hearing about jobs a week late
* You walk into bids knowing the project value before the homeowner tells you
* You stop wasting time on jobs that already have a GC locked in
* First contractor to call usually wins this gets you there first

**Cities ready at launch** Austin, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle.

**Coming right after launch**

* 📧 Email alerts the moment a matching permit hits
* 📱 SMS / phone alerts for high-value jobs in your area
* More cities (drop yours in the comments and I'll prioritize)
* Built-in contact enrichment so you don't have to look anything up

Waitlist members get first access, founder pricing, and direct input on which cities and features ship next.

I built a tool that alerts contractors the second a permit gets approved in their zip code
