We had adopted two kittens from a famous adoption center in kathmandu. Both of them died due to their negligence. Where can i sue them?

We had adopted two kittens and we were told that they were vaccinated. Turns out they were not. Both of them got seriously ill and we tried our best to cure them. Both of them died during their treatment. Where can i sue them in nepal?
