Sport Bras

7.5 month old baby.

Most of pregnancy I have worn a "regular" nursing bra (like what I wear under work clothes and nicer outfits) or these loose nursing bras with minimal support that are just comfy.

I've worn a regular sports bra 1x and a nursing sports bra 1x and both have given me clogged ducts (despite not feeling that tight).

​

Any recommendations?
