Can't log into my account

My account recently got banned because X thought I was underage. I was sent an email where they asked me to provide an ID to prove that I'm not underage. After reviewing my ID, I was told that I can "reinstate" my account, and that all I need to do is log into twitter again. But I cannot log in. If I try to log in via gmail, it gives me an error message. And if I try to log in via username, it acts as if that username doesn't exist at all. I tried going to X support, but it's hopeless. When I go into the "Appeal a locked or suspended account" section it tells me that I'm not currently logged in and need to log in. But thats the exact thing that I can't do! I tried to reply back to the previous emails that were sent to me and theres no answer, and I tried to look at other support sections with similar problems but I only got automated responses from those. Can anyone help?
