Do strategist mains have a problem with cyclops

I feel like healers have a genuine problem against cyclops cause either if I'm him or another person on our team plays him I've noticed that most matches healers will heal anyone except anyone that plays cyclops. For example my last match we had 3 healers, I was cyclops and we had another dps and a tank and I literally only got healed once and I feel like that was by accident cause they didn't even heal me fully they healed like maybe half my hp.
