Delirium has been consistently the biggest cause of freezes and crashes for me so far

Not sure if this has been anyone else's experience but I had put down delirium for a good bit as it was annoying to run. After having read that it had some positive changes in the patch notes I've began running it again, but now I've noticed significantly more freezes (sometimes the game, sometimes my entire pc), lag, and crashes to desktop. Anyone else noticing this as well?
