Task Us - Will I fail because of fly by night company experience?

So apparently, I'm just waiting for my J.O., it's been a week since my medical and I'm just here feeling anxious because they told me they're still waiting for my background check results.

I worked for a fly-by-night company that didn't pay the government contributions. But upon my initial interview they were already knowledgable about that company. I'm just anxious if it would affect my acceptance? I have good work ethics and I just trusted the wrong company.
