Am I being friendzoned ? 30F

Hi, I need advice/opinion/experience sharing from you guys.

Long ago when I was still in high school, I asked somebody's contact number but this fella said 'I got no phone'. We're still friends until now, ​I guess. ​Years went by and he never give me his number. He even calls me 'bro' or 'man' 😭.

​Is this some kind of a rejection ? ​Since then I ​never had the courage to confess my feelings. I'm afraid of second rejection.

What should I do because I want to move on so bad. Where should I start ?
