Labs 3 months after two Fereheme infusions

In Jan 2026 I had a 8.2 ferritin, 22 iron and saturation of 4% hemoglobin was a 10.8, hematocrit 35.2

Got two iron infusions of Fereheme three days apart in February.

March labs ferritin 85.0, iron was 172, saturation was 53% hemoglobin 13.5, hematocrit 41.5

Labs last week ferritin 59.20, iron 159, saturation 50%, hemoglobin 16.0 , hematocrit 47.8

But my liver enzymes are raised ast/alt and so is my MCV, is anyone else having this issue? My B-12 is high not low, all vitamins levels are good. I’m glad I’m no longer anemic but I feel like that ferritin could be higher but know it’s within the guidelines of being normal. I am a 50yr old if that matters.
