worried about saying shit i shouldn’t?

just got prescribed 5mg for insomnia. when i took a few of my dads years ago i would wake up naked in weird places, cook, shop, etc. now that im on it im like really worried about saying secrets to my partner that dont need to be said. has this happened to anyone?? anyrnjng i can do to protect myself lol?
