Move endpoints to a specific group in an organisation

So I created multiple organisations to keep endpoints separated. I'm now wanting to move all the endpoints into one organisation but under different groups.

Is there a way I can move them to a group within an organisation? It only seems to give me the organisation then I'll have to go and move them to a specific group after.
