No Pending Transactions internet Banking - Cant see them

So if you are a business with employees who have company card and you need to check what pending transactions you have, your accounting team/person will need to sit there on their phone trying to make sense of them all rather than view on a big screen while they are in the middle of checking a day's outgoings...

Does anyone else find this utterly bizarre? I only found out when my accounts didn't add up and there was a large outgoing i could not see.

Does anyone else have this issue?
