Where can I dispose used electric toothbrush, water flosser, charger cable or any other electronic equipment?

Problem/Goal: Ang daming kalat. Disposal of electronic equipment.

Context: I want to dispose used electric toothbrush, water flosser, charger cable or any other equipment that doesn’t work anymore. I know hindi siya pwede itapon lang sa basura sa bahay. Nag dedeclutter lang ako kaya gusto ko na madispose yung mga sira na gamit ko sa bahay.
