Legit conferences suggestions for students on gap year?

I [19 F] am on a gap year before university,
I’m looking for international conferences in themes like: leadership/science/human rights/diplomacy/entrepreneurship etc.
However most of these have been scammy/not worth the money,

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
