Does Pokémon Scarlet/Violet run badly on emummc cfw?

Question

I'm playing a pirated copy of Pokémon Violet on emummc cfw on my V1 Switch (Erista). I followed the guide pinned at the top of this subreddit (HATS pack). I installed .nsp files for the game, update and dlc through DBI. I'm using sys-clk on its maximum default settings.

My question is: Is it supposed to run this badly? I'm experiencing the same graphical glitches and low performance from emulators. It's just marginally better.

Were I to buy a copy of the game and run on official firmware (normal switch), would it run any better?

Did I do something wrong, and if so, what should I do? Or is the game just very badly optimized?

My console's speedo values: 2078 2077 1963

Other miscellaneous issues I'm experiencing:

- "reboot to payload" missing from homebrew menu. I'm using "Hekate Toolbox" instead.

- Some Joy-Con buttons sometimes stop working when on handheld mode on emummc. I don't know the cause or what's fixing it.

- emummc cfw is generally functioning slower than official firmware. Is this normal?
