People who got SMILE/LASIK/PRK, do you regret it?

I'm 18.5 with around -5.00 power and considering vision correction surgery . My vision is good with glasses, so it'd mainly be for convenience.

For those who've had SMILE, LASIK or ICL

• Any long-term side effects (dry eyes, halos, ghosting, starbursts)?
• Has your night vision changed?
• Would you do it again?
