erja/jare dormitory - villa nicasia for hsi student

hii! i’m an incoming HSI frosh and i’m considering Erja aka Jera Dormitory in Villa Nicasia. i really like it because it’s so spacious and seems like a good value for money, and it’s near the entrance lang. my only concern is the safety of the place because the entrance/ground floor is open so i’m scared anyone can enter.

does anyone have experience staying here or know anything about the place? any info and information will be superr helpful! thank u :)
