I think Shiftry would’ve done really well in this meta

His ability windrider grants an attack boost and immunity to every wind based move. That takes heatwave, Hurricane and icy wind off the table and gives a +1 whenever someone plays tailwind.

It’s also one of the few pokemon that can learn Rockslide, Heat Wave, Protect, Weather ball, Fakeout, sucker punch and **Imprison**. So in theory it could lock out 4 out of 6 of these most popular moves in the format.

Kind of one of those examples of niche pokemon that weren’t included who would’ve balanced the format a little better.
