Are there any at home drug tests that are sensitive enough to test for Hydrocodone and tramadol?

I’ve bought a couple of drug tests and he passed them. But then I did more research and because Hydrocodone and tramadol are semi-synthetic, the tests may not show positive for opioids if he is still taking them. Any ideas?
