Is it worth upgrading from rtx 3060 12gb to Rx 9060 16gb?

Hi I want to upgrade from my 3060 and looking for a big increase in performance. I don't like frame gen and I don't use dlss unless absolutely necessary. So I thought Ill go with amd this time. Are there better alternatives?

My specs:

Rtx 3060 12gb

Ryzen 5 7600x3d

32gb ram
