Haad/Doh Exam

Hi, good day! I just want to ask about the difference between UAE exam and NCLEX, in terms of difficulty. I took up NCLEX last March and failed and now I'm taking exam for UAE. I'm getting scared to failed again, can I ask a tip on what to do to pass this time. Thank you so much
