"Beliefs" or "Potentialities"?
The framing Bashar gives of "beliefs create your reality" is a little confusing to me. As a thinker, I end up chasing my own tail in a circle when I try to let this idea sink in.
If reality is belief-contingent, and any belief can become reality, how do I "truly believe" something, knowing *every other belief would be just as valid and real?*
But this all cleans up really nicely if I replace "belief" with "a potentiality I put energy into". Sometimes it happens through belief, sometimes it happens through imagination, sometimes it even happens through fear and doubt. So, put energy into a potentiality, it will become reality, and THAT will reinforce it automatically. We don't need to begin with a rock solid belief.
