Small fiber neuropathy

Hello, I have been recently diagnosed with SFN and I have a lot of symptoms related to Autonomic nervous system and sleep issues from past 8 months. I don’t have any diabetes or other auto immune issues. Doctor said my SFN was an idiopathic one and I have been suffering from this since after forced covid vaccines. I didn’t see posts related to carnivore diet a solution for SFN. Looking for help if this diet can help and anyone had success in doing so. Thank you!
