Guys my elbow is nuts, it is making weird clicking sounds

Its making cracking sound whenever i try to do pushups or anything which includes full range moment

Today i saw something sliding over my side elbow bone (the small round tip next to the main elbow round tip)

It dosent hurt but it makes noise and pinches under heavy pressuree (2.5kg skull crusher)

What should i do, i have it on video. Where should i ask about it any specific sub?
