URGENT🚨,,,,NEED HELP!!!!!! (looking for student writers/editors to help start a mental health & news page)
hey everyone,

i hope that you are doing well , you can ignore this post if you are not interested.

so let me just directly put my words..

i’m currently working on setting up a new digital journalism/news platform specifically for students, and i’m looking for a few people to jump on board to write or edit.

our main goal is to create a space for actual ground-level awareness. we want to cover student perspectives, campus news, and dive heavy into mental health—stuff that mainstream media usually glazes over or doesn't get right. since students are the ones living it, students should be the ones writing it.

**just to be completely transparent upfront:** we are right at the very beginning of this, so i can’t pay anyone right now. this is strictly a volunteer, passion-project type of thing right now. it’s perfect if you’re looking to build up a writing portfolio, want some editing experience, or just really care about mental health advocacy and want a platform to speak out.

what we need:

* writers to do short articles, opinion pieces, or news breakdowns (completely flexible deadlines, school comes first obviously)
* editors to help polish pieces and keep the voice consistent

you don't need any crazy professional experience, just a decent grip on writing and a genuine interest in these topics.

if you're interested or want to chat about it, drop me a DM with a quick intro and what kind of topics you'd want to write about.

thanksss for reading!!!!
