Looking for daily wear Chelsea suggestions

I have been wanting an easy to wear Chelsea that is good for daily wear and doesn't mind being in snow and rain. Blundstones would be perfect but I don't want to get a boot I can't get resoled. I recently got a pair of Jim Green Stockmans, but I ended up really not liking them once they arrived. I was looking at the Solovair Dealer, I really like the look, but I worry that the sole might wear down real fast. Any suggestions in a similar price range?
