( URGENT ) Is buy councilling batches worth it

I got 40 percentile and dont want to take drop, i want a college in mechatronic , electronic , ece branch . There are many councilling batches but the one i am thinking is ASC all university councilling batch , so i wanted to ask is it worth buying or they are use market schemes
